**Community Wellbeing Coordinator**

£22,000 - £25,000 per annum, dependent on experience

37.5 hours per week, permanent

27 days holiday per annum & bank holidays

Responsible to the Support Services Team Leader

Based in Headingley, with flexible hybrid working and regular travel across Yorkshire.

**Our Community Wellbeing Coordinator role enables us to reach into local communities across Yorkshire with our varied support services, groups, and events, expanding the emotional support we offer.**

**You will be responsible for delivering our support meetups, groups, events and drop-ins in a variety of locations, building relationships and networks with those we support, as well as volunteers, professionals, charities and other services delivered in communities.**

**This is an exciting opportunity to help us to shape and develop the support we offer to patients, carers and their families where they live, ensuring everyone can access our support when they need it.**

**The work we do is so rewarding and this role will support us in continuing to make a huge difference to people impacted by a brain tumour across Yorkshire.**
