What you'll be doing:
We are looking for an ambitious Project Coordinator who can oversee communication plans for technical requests and be the point of contact for customers who may have queries.

You will work closely with our deployment team to ensure timelines and deadlines are met and any issues are flagged and resolved. You will also be responsible for the initial communication to the customer on deployment progress and next steps, ensuring they are kept up to date.

It would be great if you are approachable and able to provide confidence and reassurance to customers. Within the role, you will use your communication skills to work with a team of experts who will deploy customer solutions up to sign-off stage.
