Working within the Planned, Cyclical & Estates Maintenance Section, you will undertake a range of manual labouring duties in order to ensure that areas owned by the Council are well maintained and kept clean and free from overgrowth, debris, graffiti and litter.
You will also undertake a range of duties within Sheltered Schemes in order to ensure that buildings and grounds are suitably maintained and residents are provided with a polite and friendly service. In addition, you will be required to provide support and assistance to our Trade employees and complete some minor repairs and maintenance work.
