Muswell Hill, United Kingdom Springdene Nursing and Care Homes Limited Full time

As the Clinical Facilitator (Group), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to our residents. To ensure that the care delivered in all Springdene homes follows best practice, by working directly with care teams, delivering training, and ensuring practice links to policy.

You will lead on care related projects and maintain oversight of all IT systems such as Nourish, Atlas eMAR, Whzan, and acoustic monitoring.

The Springdene Group have been caring for their local communities since 1969 and offer luxurious, state-of-the art care across three homes.

Our founders were inspired by a radical approach to care of the elderly, taking the view that psychological, physical and environmental stimulation would promote a longer, healthier and happier life.

We’re still owned and managed by the same family today, with these identical core values being built upon for generations. You only need to look at our testimonials and our reputation in the local community to see how high we stand.

But this reputation doesn’t come without the hard work and dedication of our specially selected staff - each one hand-picked and trained to the highest professional standards. Many come from nursing backgrounds and/or have extensive elderly care experience, incorporating valuable skills into the Springdene family.
