**FIRE & SECURITY PPM CO-ORDINATOR**

Established in 1994, Aaron Access is a leading installer of automatic gates, turnstiles, bollards, barriers, shutters, fire alarm, security systems and automatic doors and access control with nationwide coverage. Aaron Access is part of the Aaron Engineering Group, a multi-disciplined group of companies providing expert services, solutions and resource to the Property, Rail and HV Electrical Sectors in the UK.

**PURPOSE OF THE JOB**:
Working Monday to Friday 08:30 to 16.30 from our Hazel Grove HQ in Stockport, you will take responsibility for the following duties
- To administer the planning and execution of Fire & Security PPM works.
- To liaise with clients to arrange dates for works to be carried out.
- To ensure that all completed worksheets are sent to the client within the correct time frame.
- To update any relevant client portals.
- To ensure all necessary paperwork relating to Fire & Security servicing is kept up to date.
- Issuing relevant Risk Assessments and Method Statements to the client.
- Liaise with any relevant sub-contractor to carry out PPM works.
- To arrange the relevant plant hire required for servicing.
- To grow the client base for further servicing works
- Answer the office phones and assist with general office tasks.
- Ensure any further works are sent to the quotes department.
- Liaise with Engineers and engineering Team Leaders as appropriate,
- Ensure procedures and process are documented and relevant to current environment.
- Ensure familiarisation with relevant customers’ environments,
- Foster excellent relationships and communication with telephony teams, engineering teams, suppliers and external customers,
- Manage own health and safety in conjunction with organisational support systems to ensure a safe working environment.

You will work in partnership with other departments to ensure engineer availability to meet operational and contractual requirements.

**SKILLS -**

Computer literate.

Strong communication skills.

Knowledgeable of EXCEL package.
