With a base in 5 European countries and a growing presence in mainland Europe we are looking for Key Account Manager to play a major role in our Freight Services team.
Whether it’s regular Full Truck Loads (FTLs) from A to B, imports and exports, or express vans delivering to multiple locations, we have the experience, equipment and network to support our customers. **Key Responsibilities **
- To provide logistical solutions to GBA customers, ensuring that all job bookings are handled efficiently through use of the GBA systems.
- Understanding GBA core businesses and strengths, upselling at every possible opportunity.
- To support and maintain customer accounts, develop and retain existing and potential customers through networking and other customer entertainment activities.
- Develop and report on customer account KPIs, forecasts and budgets.
- Arrange and participate in customer visits.

- Knowledge of logistics/freight forwarding
- Strong interpersonal & relationship building skills
