As **Sales Executive** you will be joining a family business, who have been trading for over 20 years and are leaders in their field. The role is full time and permanent, Monday to Friday offering a salary of between £22,000 and £25,000 DOEwith a generous pension. Located in a beautiful rural area, just outside Banbury.

**Purpose of the Role
**Supporting the sales team, using exceptional customer service skills, responding to incoming enquiries and performing sales activities to build a strong sales pipeline.

**Key Responsibilities of the Sales Executive**:

- Supporting a key sales representative with diary management and administration
- Developing sales through actively responding to leads
- Contacting existing customers familiar with the brand
- Contacting new customers, building a rapport over the phone
- Following up on quotes and converting them

**Key Skills Required for the Sales Executive**:

- Experience of working within sales, developing and growing a pipeline
- A confident self-starter with drive and energy
- Strong customer service and rapport building skills
- Excellent IT skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Own transport, due to rural location

Salary for the role is between £22,000 to £25,000 DOE. You will be joining a team of 20 staff who work closely together, and the emphasis is on the company's success as a whole.
