**Recruitment Coordinator**

Our fantastic client in Ross on Wye is entering a period of significant growth and are now looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Coordinator to join their supportive and friendly team on a permanent basis.

This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door of a nationally recognised company that offer great career routes and internal promotion is encouraged. They also have a wide range of staff perks including discounted gym memberships.

No particular experience required as full, thorough training will be provided. You may also work 1 day from home per week if you wish.

**Responsibilities of the Recruitment Coordinator**
- Attend infrequent events/open days to discuss opportunities at the company with potential applicants.
- Identify problem areas in recruitment process, suggesting ideas for improvement where necessary.
- Complete employee reference checks as needed.
- Wider administration duties to support recruitment and new starters

- Time management of a busy and varied workload

**Hours**: Flexible 8:30am - 5:00pm / 9:00am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday & 1 day pw working from home if desired.
