Evening Receptionist

**EVENING RECEPTIONIST **required for a busy performing arts school.

**Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays approximately 3.45 - 7.45pm. Very occasional Saturday cover would be helpful**

**Receptionist duties include**
- **Greeting children and parents**:

- **Booking lessons and classes**:

- **Operation door entry system to allow people to come in**:

- **Talking with parents regarding lesson bookings and joining online portal**:

- **Computer system data base relevant to the Company which operates as a booking system, payment portal and registers. Full training will be given but must have IT experience.**:

- **Notifying children of when the teacher is available for the lesson**:

- **You will be the first point of entry for the public.**:

- **No qualifications are required**

**EPA Expressions Performing Arts has been established in 1989 and caters for children aged 2 upwards. It is also a full time college for 16 plus students. It trains children and young people for professions in Performing Arts, for exams, competitions, shows or just for fitness and fun.**

**Large studios based on Newgate Lane Mansfield.**

**Receptionist is required to run the part time childrens part of the school. There is no involvement with the full time college.**

**All interviews will be in person not via telephone.**

Part-time hours: 12 per week

**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour
