Job Overview:
As a Social Media Executive at Frasers UK, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence across various social media platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to drive growth in social following and engagement while maintaining adherence to brand guidelines and upholding our premium aesthetic. The role will provide the opportunity and freedom to leverage your creativity, strategic thinking, and social media expertise to elevate the Frasers brand and cultivate trust with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Content Creation**: Develop engaging and visually stunning content tailored to each social media platform, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok and LinkedIn.
- **Community Engagement**: Proactively engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Foster a sense of community and dialogue around our brand, products, and industry trends.
- **Audience Growth**: Implement strategies to attract new followers and increase engagement across all social media channels. Utilise data-driven insights and analytics to identify opportunities for growth and optimise content performance.
- **Partnerships and Collaborations**: Identify and cultivate partnerships with relevant influencers, brands, and organisations to expand our reach and enhance brand visibility within our target demographic.
- **Brand Advocacy**: Serve as a passionate advocate for the brand, consistently upholding our values and standards of excellence in all social media interactions.
- **Stay Updated on Industry Trends**: Keep up-to-date with emerging social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices. Continuously seek out opportunities to innovate and improve our social media strategy.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably within luxury retail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and design.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms.
- Creative thinker with a strong understanding of current social media trends and best practices.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Passion for luxury watches and an understanding of the luxury consumer market.

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
