As an Affiliate Marketing Executive, you are an enthusiastic and strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing. You possess a keen understanding of the affiliate marketing landscape and have a track record of driving successful affiliate campaigns. Your expertise lies in identifying and nurturing strong affiliate partnerships, optimising campaign performance, and using data-driven insights to achieve marketing goals.

Your strong communication and negotiation skills enable you to build and maintain positive relationships with affiliate partners, ensuring mutual success. You are highly analytical, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximise ROI. About The Role.

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager who is responsible for managing the affiliate marketing program for Verve. They recruit new affiliate partners, maintain relationships with existing affiliates, and ensure the successful execution of the affiliate marketing strategy. The goal is to increase the company's revenue through affiliate marketing initiatives.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for personal and professional growth in a dynamic environment. While this role is demanding, it provides the ideal platform for individuals seeking to enhance their skills and capabilities within a supportive company that values your efforts.

As Affiliates Manager you will report to the Paid Media Manager and assist in all elements of Affiliate Management with some oversight of Influencer contracting, this includes but is not limited to;

  • Affiliate Recruitment:
  • Identify and recruit new affiliates through various channels (e.g., online marketplaces, social media, networking events, competition).
  • Evaluate potential affiliates based on their reach, engagement, and alignment with the company’s target audience.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing affiliates.
  • Provide ongoing support and resources to affiliates to ensure their success.
  • Address any issues or concerns raised by affiliates promptly.
  • Program Management:
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the affiliate program.
  • Monitor affiliate performance and analyse key metrics to optimise the program.
  • Create promotional content and tools for affiliates, such as banners, email templates, and product feeds.
  • Performance Analysis:
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, traffic, and sales generated by affiliates.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with affiliates and provide actionable feedback.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure that affiliates comply with the company’s policies and guidelines.
  • Monitor affiliate activity for fraudulent practices and take necessary actions.
  • Marketing Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align affiliate campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate on cross-promotional activities and joint marketing efforts.
  • Negotiation and Contracts:
  • Negotiate commission structures and payment terms with affiliates.
  • Prepare and manage contracts with affiliate partners.
  • Budget Management:
  • Manage the affiliate marketing budget and ensure cost-effective practices.

b. Forecast budget and revenue from affiliate activities.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of marketing experience.
  • Analytical, detail-driven, and willing to get hands-on.
  • Proven experience as an Affiliate Exec or in a similar role.
  • Experience in digital marketing and affiliate marketing networks.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using affiliate tracking software and analytics tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Willing to commute to office 5 days per week.
