We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role involves crafting innovative marketing strategies and campaigns that effectively communicate the value of our AI and automation solutions across various industries. You will be responsible for understanding market trends and customer needs, aligning marketing initiatives with business goals, and measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing plans that promote our services in AI, automation, and low code platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in marketing messages across all platforms.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Organise and participate in events and webinars to showcase our expertise and solutions.
- Analyse and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to drive continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the technology consulting or automation industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products or services
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and evaluate market trends
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts
- Manage and maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing

**Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Proficient in market research and data analysis techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
