Energy Efficiency Group is a small business in Leicester. We are professional, customer-centric, supportive, and our goal is to Our core goal is to improve the efficiency of UK housing stock, by ‘retrofitting’ inefficient homes, helping customers reduce energy costs and improve their standard of living. We offer customers a whole range of measures to insulate their homes, retain heat and reduce carbon emissions. We have access to government backed funding for customers which qualify and also provide services to customers who are ‘able to pay’. As a small business, we started off in ECO 3 lead generation and quickly transitioned into becoming an installation company. This allowed us to provide a more complete and valuable service to our customers. It was vital that that the company had the necessary expertise and resources to effectively provide installations before making the transition. We recognised the need for a change and decided to expand our services into the field of underfloor insulation and boiler replacements. Through installing these measures, we helped hundreds of customers in the region, replacing broken boilers and helping them retain the heat within their homes. With the release of ECO 4, which is a whole house approach, with a big push on insulating solid wall properties. EEG realised we would need to expand our services offered to customers. We set out and successfully obtained accreditations for the installation of all fabric insulation measures, with our newfound expertise and knowledge, we began offering a wider range of services to help customers reduce their energy consumption and escape fuel poverty. This has allowed us to have a positive impact on the environment and the community, increasing customer loyalty and trust..

Job Title: ECO Administrator

**Location**: Leicester

EEG is a leading energy efficiency company dedicated to making homes more energy efficient. We are looking for an ECO Administrator to join our growing team. **Overview**:
As an ECO Administrator, your primary focus will be to maintain full control of incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring adherence to data protection, creating and funder submission packs, and dealing with funder/customer queries. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships and providing excellent customer service, so strong communication skills are a must. Experience using spreadsheets, editing PDFs, and Google Drive is essential, with a desire to learn more in-house tools and technology. Full training and support will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary as long as you have the drive to learn.

**Required capabilities and Skills**:

- Great customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
- Desired but no experience required in data entry and data management

**In this role you will be**:

- Onboarding of new Installer partners and contract management
- Dealing with queries and complaints
- Manage/monitor installer TM requirements
- Meeting deadlines consistently
- Responsible for Green Deal, ECO & MCS Compliance and Monitoring
- Document control
- Monitoring compliance of contractors

**Your day-to-day**
- Prioritising daily tasks
- Dealing with customer queries
- Updating install spreadsheet with customer data
- Reviewing and categorising property pictures
- Data input on iPad
- Confirm customer qualifies (DataMatch/LA Flex)
- Land registry checks
- Create installation designs for retrofit coordinator sign off
- Compile (Pre/Mid/Post) installation pictures and convert to PDF
- Register each measure for insurance backed guarantees
- Compile submission packs according to funders checklist and upload to FTP server.
- Deal with any funder queries/errors within given time frames
