This is an exciting opportunity to join Bath and North East Somerset Council (B&NES) who are at the forefront of integrated commissioning and working with the ICB.

This post will be based within the Specialist Commissioning Team, which commissions a range of care and support services for people with learning disabilities, autism, physical & sensory impairment, and mental ill health.

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic individual to provide commissioning support. This will include project management, data and performance analysis, quality assurance, contract administration and provider/ stakeholder engagement. The role will include:

- Collating performance data and supporting contract management meetings
- Undertaking quality assurance reviews of commissioned services
- Carrying out needs analysis and supporting the development of commissioning plans
- Facilitating communications with providers and key stakeholders
- Managing and keeping up to date key documents and records - e.g. the contract/provider register and key project documents
- Coordinating and overseeing project meetings and taking ownership of bespoke projects with support from Strategic Commissioning Officers or Commissioning Managers
- Administration of contracts and documentation
- Process and system improvement
- Service user/ people with lived experience engagement
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an engaging and collaborative style
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Excellent data analysis and evaluation skills
- Project management skills
- An understanding of the needs and issues effecting people with learning disabilities, autism, physical & sensory impairment, and mental ill health.

The role is based flexibly across home and Keynsham Civic centre which has been set up for blended working across Teams and other virtual platforms.
