We have an exciting opportunity for a part time (22.5 hrs) System Support Officer to work in our Social Care Finance Team.

As part of this role, you will be providing support for our Controcc Adults Social Care payments system. The role includes providing support and advice, system admin functions including supplier and payment set up within the system and supporting upgrades and future system developments.

The role will require close and collaborative working with Finance Managers and Team Leaders, IT teams, Social Care Commissioning teams and all ContrOCC users so we are looking for someone with experience in system support or similar IT roles who would like to further their career in an IT support function.

This role requires you will have strong interpersonal skills, be able to work to tight deadlines whilst managing and solving a wide range of risks and issues with changing demand and prioritisation.

You will be committed to delivering a high-quality service to support our Social Care Teams. You will be a team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to your daily work and be comfortable with managing your workload.

Your main place of work will be the award-winning, modern Civic Centre in Keynsham, halfway between Bath and Bristol, easily accessible via car or public transport, with a train station 5 minutes’ walk away. All our roles within this team work flexibly with a mixture of office and home based working each week, depending on the need of the service.
