**HR Administrator - Full-Time Position**

**Salary £19,731 - £21,767 per annum**

Oldham College are looking to recruit an experienced HR Administrator.

As an HR Administrator you will provide administrative support to Recruitment Specialist and the HR Manager and deal with the administrative tasks associated with the entire employment lifecycle.

**What we are looking for**

We’re looking for someone with substantial administration experience, ideally gained through working in an HR department.

You will provide a proactive and effective administration services for Human Resources Department within the college.

You will be a highly organised individual, capable of managing a variety of tasks and ensuring priorities are addressed and deadlines are met.

The successful applicant will posses the relevant administrative qualification. In the absence of such a qualification,
the successful applicant will be enrolled on the BA Apprenticeship and be required to complete all learning
modules and assessments to gain said qualification.

Experience of using MHR I-Trent would be an advantage.
