We’re looking for an experienced administrator with a passion for developing effective business administration processes and improving administrative efficiency to work within a developing team within the Clinical Directorate.

We are looking for someone who will be a valuable enabler within the team, as we start a new journey to develop and implement our new department strategy, providing Clinical Informatics and Business Change support nationally.

This post is fixed term for 9 months due to - meet the needs of the service

To co-ordinate workforce administration for the senior leadership team including, NHS recruitment processes, financial processes, payroll changes for approval, training courses etc.

To manage NHS business administration including co-ordination of scheduled reporting, handling of risk updates in Datix, development of team administration processes, co-ordination of business admin files and information.

To establish new business processes for administration within the team.

To support the development of new Clinical Informatics processes to support standardisation within the service administration processes.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

To provide professional, comprehensive administrative support to the team ensuring communication between directorates, divisions and stakeholders.

To support the senior leadership team within the department with business administration and workforce administration tasks.

To plan and organise meetings and events associated with the development of the Clinical Informatics and Business Change Strategy.

To support the reporting and approvals process of department reports.

To organise travel and hotel arrangements.
