**DESCRIPTION**

We are looking for a HR coordinator to join our team at a very exciting time in CoStar’s growth The role will be part of the international HR team supporting the business in EMEA & APAC with additional future international exposure.

This role will primarily focus on the supporting the hiring and HR administration process from beginning to end. From the start of an employee’s journey with CoStar, through their time with us you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth experience through onboarding, setting up of employee files, and executing changes as they progress with us.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Maintaining and updating the ATS and Workday HR database
- Looking after the HR inbox and ticket system
- Organise and schedule phone and in-person interviews
- Conduct references and arrange pre-employment checks
- Adhere to GDPR laws, rules and regulations
- Be point of contact for new employees and booking onboarding meetings
- Organise travel for new starters’ training in America
- Support the event management of university graduate fairs including ordering merchandise and attending the fair
- Manage all ad hoc HR administration
- Create employment contracts and HR letters

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Workday Experience
- Proven work experience as a HR coordinator
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Ideally CIPD qualified
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive ‘can do’ attitude and able to hit the ground running
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Strong understanding of confidentiality and discretion
- Spanish or German language skills would be beneficial
