This will involve day-to-day organisational work, data processing and analysis. Naturally, you'll need to be efficient and well organised, with excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

And to keep on top of that wave, we have to do something pretty special to keep our customers coming back for more.

We have an opportunity to join our National IT Team within Aldi as an IT Administration Assistant on a 15-month fixed term contract. You will be responsible for working within a project team within the Supply Chain Management (SCM) area. They will report into the Project Lead and be required to complete a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the successful completion of the project.

The project involves onboarding business partners onto a new Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) system.

**Your New Role**
- Working within the National IT department as an Administration Assistant liaising with a project team, end users and business partners
- Completing administrative tasks required when submitting business partners for EDI onboarding
- Monitoring progress of business partners during EDI onboarding by receiving and/or running reports
- Coordinating End to End testing (E2E) with business partners - e.g. sending purchase orders, receiving invoices
- Identifying technical End to End testing queries and passing to EDI Specialists
- Coordinating escalations with the relevant department(s) and/or 3rd parties
- Completing any other ad hoc tasks required for the successful completion of the project

**About You**
- Previous experience working in an administrative role
- Ability to learn new topics quickly
- Ability to guide others clearly on the use of complex systems / processes
- Able to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Able to prioritise workload effectively and work under pressure
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- Microsoft Office experience, particularly MS Word, Outlook and Excel
- Able to pay close attention to detail
- Keen to take ownership and responsibility of tasks
- Logical and efficient

**What You’ll get in Return**
- Salary starting from £24,130 rising to £29,685
