Bakery Administration Internship

General duties:

- Providing an outstanding level of personalised customer service at all times
- Offering operational support to our bakers and kitchen staff and ensuring they always have information they need
- Managing and administrating our fleet of vehicles
- Occasional basic bookkeeping such as the raising and filing of invoices and some insurance paperwork
- Helping to promote the business via our social media accounts.
- Ordering office supplies

**Requirements**:

- A warm and friendly personality.
- Smart casual dress since you will be trained in client facing meetings
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Your English must be fluent.
- A hands-on approach and strong telephone manner.
- An ability to deal professionally, calmly and tactfully with customers.
- A good knowledge and practice of social media marketing.
