**REED HR** are working with our **Woking** based client in recruiting a **People Partner.**

Ideally this will be on a temp to perm basis

Monday - Friday 9-5

Mixture of home working as well as travelling to sites across Surrey.

Parking on site is available.

NHS experience is desirable
- To deputise for the Deputy Director of People as and when required; representing their area of expertise.
- Using your operational and strategic knowledge to provide insight to the wider People Services teams to support continuous improvement of People plans, ways of working future initiatives and policy framework.
- Use a variety of coaching and influencing skills, and provide challenge as appropriate, to help support the
- development and delivery of local plans and initiatives which are aligned to the broader People and Corporate
- strategies and drive positive and measurable improvements.
- Provide the right balance between operational guidance and strategic planning so that the Organisation has a
- workforce capacity and capability fit for the future, along with a focus on driving value through the alignment
- of the People, Improvement and/or Culture Strategy.
- Support the delivery of effective People Management practices, procedures and processes based on best
- practice and reduce the risk of litigation facing the Organisation.
- Support the development of the Organisations workforce planning process and provide the right balance
- between operational guidance and strategic planning so that the Organisation has a workforce capacity and
- capability fit for the future.
- Deliver effective partnership working with staff side colleagues enabling both the satisfactory management of
- individual cases and long term workforce planning and efficiency measures.
- Work as a key member of the People team, role modelling the Organisational values, demonstrating service
- Act as a business partner to the Business Unit by developing thorough understanding of the wider business
- team objectives and strategic direction, contributing to the decision making process and ensuring all
- workforce requirements are identified, planned and delivered through a robust workforce plan.
- Influence and drive business thinking and develop HR processes that support operational business
- objectives, organisational design and resource plans and support the implementation of workforce change
- processes as appropriate.
