**Job Title**:Human Resources Officer

**Reporting to**: Service Co-ordinators

**Accountable to**: Senior Management Team

**Job Summary**

To provide HR support across all services within the Organisation.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Create and maintain recruitment documentation
- Maintain staff personal files and electronic staff records
- Monitor and report on mandatory training compliance across the Organisation
- Ensure all relevant professional registration is up to date where applicable

**Additional HR functions**
- Provide administrative support to absence, performance and disciplinary processes
- Develop good working relationships with both the Management team and staff to promote adherence to HR policies and procedures
- Liaise with the Management and Finance teams in relation to Payroll queries/staff absence.

**Administration and Documentation**
- To provide professional and efficient HR support to the Management team, as necessary. Including managing recruitment documentation
- Produce (from templates) contracts of employment for employees
- Create personal files and ensure organisational documentation is in place prior to role commencement
- To assist managers in the preparation of job descriptions and person

specifications.
- Provide regular reports on mandatory training compliance to the Management team
- Maintain Electronic staff records, ensuring staff professional registration is up to date where applicable
- Support the Senior Management team in providing workforce data in line with national reporting requirements (i.e. Workforce Race Equality Scheme data)
- Support the Senior Management team in assisting with the distribution and correlation of annual Staff surveys
- Support the Management team in development and delivery of staff engagement plans.

**Risk Management**

It is the responsibility of all staff to ensure that they take appropriate actions and report of all incidents, near misses and hazards.

**Safeguarding**

Al staff must be aware of their individual responsibilities and to report any concerns to the Safeguarding Lead or appropriate Manager.

**Confidentiality**

The post holder is required to maintain confidentiality at all times in all aspects of their work and adhere to Data Protection regulations.

**Skill/Experience**

Previous Experience within Healthcare Provider/ NHS setting

Previous clerical experience coupled with the ability to liaise with all staff disciplines.
