We are looking for a Full-time HR officer. As an HR Officer, your role is to support and oversee various human resources functions within an organization. Your responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks related to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. In summary, the job description of an HR Officer includes:

- Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Drafting HR Documents pursuant to the client's own Policies
- Ensuring that company employment policies follow national laws and regulations
- Advising executives on matters of salaries, redundancy and employment law
- Recording and processing confidential information
- Entering Data about Pay calculations (Payroll)
- Ensuring employees have correct pay and benefits
- Delivering compensation and benefit comparison reports to the executive team
- Promoting equality, health and safety within the company

**WHAT EXPERIENCE DO WE NEED FROM YOU**:

- Good communication skills
- 3 Years’ experience in a relevant field
- Good IT skills
- Diploma/Relevant qualification in HR etc
- Strong team player
- Prefer to have current UK/International driving licence
- Qualifications are preferred but training will be given

**Salary**: £20,960.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 3 years (preferred)
