**Job Description**:
My client is recruiting for a temporary Billings Specialist to join them on a temporary basis for approximately 14 months to cover someone that is going on maternity leave.
General duties & responsibilities
Perform timely revenue recognition by invoicing customers quickly + accurately
Any disputes / queries from customer related to invoices must be settled on priority basis to avoid bad debts / Credit notes
Work closely with stakeholders like RFP, Sales, Finance, and Operations etc. to address tariffs, irregularities /discrepancies.

Basic knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint for reporting and presentation purposes.
Ensure timely closing of FSL for all billed files
A high level of attention to details is a must, coupled with communication and organisational skills.
Must demonstrate a high degree of flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
Finally set aside sufficient time to analyse P/L of a job and provide management with insights + recommendations to optimise profitability on customer level.
Desired requirements
Advance computer skills with emphasis on MS office suite
Collaborative mindset, detail oriented and ability to work with deadline
Experience in Logistics is preferred
