**The Vacancy**

**About the role and the team**

As Senior Specialist Navigator Coach, you will manage your team of Specialist Navigator Coaches, volunteers and students on placement. You will ensure all clients’ record and evidence of outcomes are promptly and accurately captured and are up to date and of high standard.

You will also be responsible for recording your own work accurately and in a timely manner to capture the outcomes outlined in the contract and also providing evidence to be able to claim these outcomes and support your team to do the same.

You will regularly monitor your team’s performance and offer additional training and support where needed.

**_ Please note that this job opportunity is offered as a full time (37.5 hours a week), permanent role with a salary of £29,896 per annum_**_. It also offers on-site parking when in the office and Cycle to Work scheme._

**About you**:
You will have excellent communication skills and be committed to the values and ethos of Depaul UK.
- Experience of managing a team and supervising the work of others
- Experience of working in a busy environment supporting young people who have experienced homelessness, mental ill health, substance misuse or limited access to opportunities
- Experience of managing a caseload
- Experience of lone working in the community
