Here at IC24 we are innovative thinkers who are passionate about developing our workforce. This role will be similar to an Office Manager role with a strong focus on delivering the best possible patient care. This will include navigating patients to all available services and updating the practice team on any changes and referral pathways. The role includes the smooth running of the surgery day to day, supporting the whole team with daily queries, ensuring all of the roles and duties are completed within the day.
The role is an exciting one and is a fantastic opportunity to join our growing team, in the heart of Brighton which currently comprises of a team of GP’s, Nurses, Mental Health Practitioner, Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician, Social Prescriber and an excellent administration team.

IC24 is committed to improving access to health and social care for our patients and reducing the demand on secondary care services. IC24 provides services to over 6 million patients, including GP led out-of-hours services, NHS 111, primary care and secondary care support services.

**Hours Available** Up to 30 hours a week
