You will represent Riverside and the People Services Team, ensuring highly effective communication and partnerships with Enable, Business and People Services, embedding a consistent approach to wellbeing across the different areas.

You will act as a champion for wellbeing, ensuring the health and wellbeing of colleagues is an integral part of the employee lifecycle, whilst supporting the development of the Group Health & Wellbeing Strategy, managing the action plan to ensure it is achieved, and developing KPI’s to track progress and performance.

You will also be responsible for reviewing best practice developments, providing expert advice, and analysing data and trends in health, wellbeing and people experience.

**So, who are you?**

We’re looking for someone with experience of organisational health and wellbeing trends relating to responsible practices, as well as a strong understanding of relevant regulation and legislation. You will also need excellent communication skills to influence and work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business.

Essentially, you will have excellent writing and presenting skills to deliver effective creative campaigns and a proven ability of developing and leading engagement sessions. Additionally, you have strong organisational skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced and changing working environment.

Although not essential, experience in employee engagement and people experience, or a CIPD qualification, would be an advantage

Our Wellbeing & People Experience Advisor supports and advises the business on all aspects of wellbeing working with key stakeholders and colleague groups to improve the people experience and helping to ensure a healthy working environment where colleagues are treated with dignity and care.
Supports in the development and delivery of the Group Wellbeing Strategy, associated frameworks and action plans and resources that adds value, builds on best practise, and provides assurance that Riverside is meeting its legal requirements and colleague commitment, strengthens and integrates a focus on health and wellbeing across the colleague lifecycle.

**Role Profile**
- Represent Riverside and People Services, providing expert advice and keeping under review best practice developments and analysis data and trends in heath, wellbeing and people experience. Ensure highly effective communication and partnerships with Enable, Business and People Services, ensuring a consistent approach to wellbeing and to ensure it is effective.
- Support in the development of the Group Health & Wellbeing Strategy. Manage and owns the underlying action plan to ensure that the strategy is delivered, and colleague health and wellbeing improves. Develop a set of KPIs and support the Head of OD in reporting to Executive Team and Board on progress and performance.
- Act as a champion for wellbeing, influencing change management and policy to ensure that it is considered in decision making. Ensure that the health and wellbeing of colleagues is an integral part of the colleague experience and weaves through the lifecycle.
- Develop engaging communications and a wellbeing proposition that supports and empowers our people in their pursuit of good health and wellbeing. This includes supporting in the maintenance of Wellbeing Hub, managing a regular calendar of annual events and campaigns that increases awareness and confidence from our people that the health and wellbeing of our customers and colleagues is important.
- Co-ordinate and engage the network of Mental Health Champions to ensure that they add value, have support to develop skills and to ensure their individual success and the continued success of the programme.
