**This is the job**:
Joining the AA family as a Head of Digital Product Channels, you’ll spearhead the development of strategies, transform journeys, product roadmaps and product/feature development prioritisation for our Digital Conversations and Mobile App products.
You’ll empower a skilled team of Product Owners, Product Designers, Content Designers and Business Analysts to deliver and achieve a digital experience in line with our future vision to ensure the driving lives of all 32m UK drivers remains simple and smart with data, digital and innovation at the heart.
As a Head of Digital Product, you’ll closely collaborate with the other Heads of Digital Products, Digital Management team, key business stakeholders and the wider Customer and Digital teams.
**What will I be doing?**:
- Create the vision for the AA mobile app, in line with business and customer objectives and drive forward delivery
- Lead the Digital Conversations strategy and delivery this includes webchat, in app messaging and WhatsApp amongst other things
- Create and enhance relationships with key stakeholders at all levels including Senior Leaders, Executives and Directors etc. to ensure continual alignment on target outcomes, priorities, and performance updates
- Deliver through several Agile Scrum teams, to transform our experience and step change performance - focussing relentlessly on customer and commercial outcomes
- Collaborate with Digital Analytics and Experience Design teams to continuously monitor our digital experiences and journeys using relevant data and insights to understand performance and making key choices
- Work with our contact centres to help define the Omnichannel strategy to ensure a consistent and optimal approach is adopted for customers who move across channels, switching from online (app or web) to offline and vice versa
**What do I need?**:
We’d love to hear from you if you are an experienced Digital Product professional with a deep understanding of digital product management and development with an emphasis on Digital Conversations, AI/Chatbots and Mobile App.
You will be passionate about digital product delivery, with a natural ability to prioritise and cut through complexity. Your ability to work with and inspire colleagues across the organisation will be a key strength especially with Executive stakeholders who will see you as the digital lead for your area.
Being a Head of Digital Product, you’ll be an experienced leader, having been responsible for managing multiple product teams.
You’ll bring creativity, vision, and leadership to provide confidence and clarity on roadmaps to continue our drive to achieve commercial goals.
