**Who are we?**
The Royal Air Force Charitable Trust Enterprises (RAFCTE), owned by The Royal Air Force Charitable Trust, is best known for staging the world's largest military air show - The Royal International Air Tattoo - each year at RAF Fairford in Gloucestershire.
**What are we looking for?**
We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Experience Assistant to join our marketing team to support the delivery of the Royal International Air Tattoo 2024.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Support the customer service and marketing team in delivering the Company’s marketing and customer experience strategy.
- Communicate with customers and external agencies.
- Support the Head of Marketing by leading and coordinating arrangements for the Air Tattoo Crew volunteer team.
- Support RIAT video productions.
- Ensure equipment bids are completed for Refuelling Stations, Visitor Information Points, Disabled Enclosure, Drop Zone, Lost & Found Children & Vulnerable Adults Facility and Mobility Scooter pick up/drop off points.
- The setting up and breaking down of Visitor Information Points, Drop Zone, Lost & Found Children & Vulnerable Adults and Event Mobility pick up/drop off points on the showground.
- Support with complaints procedure.
- Assist with local community engagement including contributing to the residents’ newsletter and supporting a Local Representatives’ Forum
**Type of Contract/Working Hours**
FTC 01/03/2024 until 02/08/2024
36.25 hours per week. Based in Fairford, Gloucestershire
All employees are required to work the Saturday or Sunday before the Royal International Air Tattoo and the whole weekend of the event.

**What we will offer**
A salary of £23,690 per annum pro rata and we also hold staff wellbeing and social events. You will also be given two complimentary tickets to The Royal International Air Tattoo and a staff discount of 50% for an additional six.
