**Position**: Autism Specialist (1:1 Support)
**Location**: Derby, UK
**Start Date**: ASAP, flexible (happy to wait for notice period)
**Type**: Full-Time
**Contract**: Temporary (Opportunity for Permanent Placement)
**Salary Range**: £18,500 - £21,500 (Take home, holidays paid)

**Your Role**:
As an Autism Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing tailored 1:1 support to students with autism. Your experience and expertise in understanding the unique needs of individuals on the spectrum will contribute to their overall development and well-being. This is a full-time role initially on a temporary basis, with the potential to transition into a permanent position.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Provide dedicated 1:1 support to students with autism.
- Implement and adapt individualized support plans as needed.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of educators and support staff.
