We are actively seeking a Time & Attendance Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

**Running reports to include**:
Daily, weekly and monthly headcount analysis

Review timecard report to identify missing or duplicate clockings

**Adding new starts**:
This includes all employees, subcontractors and agency staff

Adding new starters onto the clocking machine at Head Office and assisting site admin with clocking registrations

Setting up new profiles on uAttend and assigning facial IDs

Completing and updating new starter administration

**Updating times**:
Daily updating employee timecards for missed clockings

Liaising with site administration teams, managers, HR and Accounts teams regarding times

**Other duties**:
Archiving users in uAttend and maintaining accurate records for current users

Setting up supervisor logins on the uAttend system, giving uAttend training to supervisors and providing reports where required

Setting up new departments on uAttend

Setting up new clock in machines

Daily check to ensure that all facial scanners are working and liaising with the uAttend support team if there are issues with the facial scanners

Providing uAttend app access for remote clocking

Other admin duties associated with labour

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

**Qualifications**:
Essential
5 GCSE’s A*-C or Equivalent (including English and Mathematics

**Skills**:
Willingness to learn new processes and systems

Good computer skills required (particularly, Microsoft Excel & Outlook)

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Strong organisational skills

Can deliver high quality work with excellent attention to detail

To be flexible and work as part of a team

Must be very ‘hands on’ with can do attitude
