**The Role**

Sharing Information and raising awareness will be key for this role, working between marketing, creating digital content and events coordination to promote our business and all the services and products we offer directly to our farmer customers.

An important aspect of the role will be to take ownership of our annual events calendar and the marketing materials to support company events which will encompass seasonal crop campaigns, product launches, open days, and information breakfasts amongst many others

Alongside this, to regularly and committedly share what is happening at Bartholomews and what we are achieving through digital marketing.

There is plenty of scope to make the role your own and bring creativity and flair.

**About You**

We are looking for an individual with an enthusiasm for digital marketing, who is charismatic and an excellent communicator, able to bring people together and coordinate all the moving parts to help our team run successful company events. You should be articulate, organised and have great attention to detail. Confidence with social media platforms, CRM, Microsoft Office, a familiarity with In-Design, Photo-shop would be advantageous.

We are a leading contributor in the UK agri-foods sector, first established in 1883 and continuing to grow, having recently opened a new state of the art seed plant and crop research, technology, and multiplication centre at Merston near Chichester. The Merston facility combined with those of Shoreham Silos Services Ltd, Ultimate Fertilizers Ltd and Churchill Freight Services Ltd makes us proportionately the best resourced Agrifood business in the United Kingdom.

The business provides a range of agricultural services and essential supplies to the farming community this includes the sale and marketing of grain, the sale and supply of seed, the manufacture and supply of fertilisers, crop protection products and animal, bird-food, and game feeds. We also provide technical advisory agronomy service to our customers, and we are engaged in ongoing research through our annual crop trials and programmes.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
