
Accommodation and Events Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Accommodation and Events Coordinator to join our busy Housekeeping team. This role offers a unique blend of hospitality, event planning, and management responsibilities.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring commercial venues are maintained to a high standard, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting a happy and motivated Housekeeping Team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in the hospitality industry, preferably running events, and looking for a challenging and rewarding role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial venues to ensure they are maintained to a high standard.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all visitors.
- Support and develop a happy and motivated Housekeeping Team.
Requirements:
- Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably running events.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
Salary: £14,742 per annum (pro rata), plus opportunities for paid overtime and additional remuneration for out-of-hours phone cover and callouts.
Benefits: Pension contribution, pro rata of 34 days' leave including bank holidays, Employee Assistance Programme, free onsite parking, and flexible working opportunities.
Working Hours: Part-time – 21 hours per week, including working 14 hours on Saturday and Sunday each weekend, and an additional 7 hours during the week.
