As a Purchasing Assistant you will:

- Support the Procurement Manager in daily activities
- Process and maintain purchasing and stock data in Airflow's business systems
- ERP: SAP
- CRM: ProspectSoft
- Follow-up communication and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers
- Develop departmental processes
- Support the operations department where required
- Maintain SAP in relation to purchase planning, and order processing
- Progress purchase orders with suppliers
- Works orders creation and processing
- Goods receipt processing
- Purchasing end-of-month processing
- Stock adjustments and stock movement processing
- Purchase return processing
- Company vehicle facilitation and support

**Essential Skills**:

- English language: fluent spoken and written essential
- Previous Purchasing Assistant experience essential
- SAP experience essential

**Desirable Skills**:

- MRP experience beneficial
- CRM experience beneficial
- Computer literate: Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, to a good standard
- Numeric skills to a good standard
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines on a tight schedule
