Our well-known client in the Luxury Hospitality sector is seeking an Events and Conference Sales Executive for their beautiful Luxury Hotel in Convent Garden. This is a permanent role with a salary of £28,000 - £30,000 on offer with a bonus structure.

**What does the role entail?**

Your role as the Sales Executive will be to effectively manage the conference and events sales for this luxury site as outlined by the needs of the business by working on a full breadth of activities for the site. You will effectively manage your desk todevelop customer interest with visits, entertaining potential clientele by monitoring customer feedback and looking at trends to increase overall interest in the site. You will ensure a smooth service and manage to create a warm and vibrant atmosphere forconsumers. You will be passionate, focused, and above all else consumer-focused acting as an ambassador for the brand throughout. This will be a varied role in a close-knit team so do expect other duties to form part of your role.

**What skills will you have?**

To be considered for this Sales executive job you will first and foremost have experience working in hotel sales from previous roles showing capable skills of managing the tasks listed above from a luxury restaurant, cocktail bar, or high-end hospitalityvenue. You will be a proactive member of the team who can multitask and work on a site more focused on quality than quantity. Experienced in making sure consumers have the best time possible, possessing a keen eye for detail and exceptional consumer managementcapabilities and customer experience.

This Sales Executive position offers a salary of £28,000 - £30,000 with bonus earnings of around £6,000 depending on your experience. The role comes with a whole host of benefits fitting a 5-star hotel.
