With a strong connection to local clients in Cheltenham, Tewkesbury and Gloucester, our client are currently going through an exciting growth period and are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join their team. This will be on a permanent, fulltime role basis within their offices in Tewkesbury.
With a large portion of their business gained through word of mouth, our client pride themselves on the personalised service they can offer and always ensure their clients are at the heart of what they do.
You will report to the Head of Department and will be allocated several Clients. You will be responsible for ensuring the clients are made to feel valued, looked after and kept in the loop throughout the whole process in regard to progress and timescalesof projects and tasks.
Our client are looking for someone who is quick and happy to pick up the phone to discuss projects and tasks with new and existing clients, keeping them in the loop at all times. You must be able to build rapport with clients showing exceptional communicationsskills. You will be responsible for a small team of CAD Technicians therefore, you must be personal and confident in your knowledge.
**Responsibilities**:
- Receipt of tasks from clients, managing and allocating of tasks to team of CAD Technicians
- Allocation of resources accordingly throughout the team to meet the clients expectations
- Liaise with clients over the phone or via a Teams call to discuss tasks which are unclear or
warrant further discussion
- Creation of Project designs and CAD drawings to meet the clients brief, maintaining the highest standards in line with Standard Operating Procedures and Company Quality Procedures
- Assisting in the creation of project drawings for the Key clients
- Ensuring that client requests are met within an adequate and appropriate timescale, monitoring CAD Technicians progress making sure that agreed timescales are met and adhered to
- Checking and QA of all drawings against project tasks to ensure the brief has been met
- Mentoring CAD Technicians ensuring that client standards are followed and QA standards met
- Providing CAD Technicians with full training and support, bringing them up to speed with software, standards and aligning training and support with employee goals
- AutoCAD software experience
- Experience of manging a small team highly beneficial
- Ability to communicate well at all levels, providing feedback to Technicians as required
- Fantastic attention to detail, ensuring a high standard of drawings across the board
- Critical thinker, capable of checking drawings and seeking out errors
**Hours**: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
**Salary**: £30,000 per annum, this can be negotiable depending on experience (if you feel you have the right attributes for this role, please send your CV along with your salary expectations) + free parking, 22 days holiday + bank holidaysand Christmas shutdown period
