**Supply Planner & Distribution Specialist**

**Position: Major Tasks**:

- Ensure uninterrupted and accurate supply of goods into the country by understanding and challenging the demand forecast, translating demand into a supply plan.
- Secure availability matching demand at the right distribution center within the agreed inventory targets and cost.
- Become main contact point for regional planning and make organizations to align on cost, planning strategy and optimization.
- Develop a Supply Plan based External Sales Forecast and coordinate the Supply Plan commitments/deliverables with Site Logistics to ensure secured supply according to Demand.
- Report weekly Product Availability to key stakeholders.
- Execute intercompany purchases/Stock Transfer orders for Finished Goods and co ordinate deliveries with Imports Specialist for on time replenishment of local DCs Report out on KPI s including Inventory vs targets and Slow Movers.
- Follow up on actions to reduce slow movers and minimize stock redundancies.
- Coordinate buy back orders and returns from country DC to site Coordinate activities within in Country Warehouse/Distribution Center and logistics partners Exceptional labelling post production: Ad hoc to be agreed with regional marketing, Site and supply chain Execute Material availability within SAP (PO processing, Delivery dates, Mode of transport) as agreed & negotiated between Country Supply Planning Managers & RSM s Site /production Planners Manage shortages in coordination with CP RSM, and attend DAL with RC Demand Planner Provide feedback on spot orders check ability to supply Support Regional tolling manufacturing roles on the implementation of agreed process and governance
- Coordinate sampling management between toller and regional quality team
- Coordinates local execution and eases communication with regional operational functions and the local toller

**Position: Skills**:

- Multiple years of experience in Supply Chain and in working in cross functional teams
- Key competencies: Collaborates, Customer Focus, Drives results, Strategic Mindset, Manages complexity, Outstanding communication, strong integrity Fluency in English required, knowledge of add. European language is a plus
