- 37 hours a week, Term Time plus 5 staff development days.

To work as a member of a team providing consistent and high quality support for students within the school’s Specialist Resource Provision (The Laurel Centre) with the minimum of supervision coordinating and managing the gathered provision in line with recommendations in the SEN Code of Practice, liaising with the SENCO and Local Authority.

The postholder will have specialist knowledge of ASD and a commitment to developing and disseminating this through an ongoing professional development programme for both teaching and support staff.

Applicants must be able to work collaboratively and have some prior experience of working within a SRP or similar.
