Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the team with recruitment, administration & IAG duties, being the point of contact for individuals who are looking for an apprenticeship and fostering relationships with employers and outreach contacts.

**LIST OF DUTIES**

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Be responsible for the SMS system, sending texts to current learners, new applicants etc
- Complete in-touch calls with recently placed apprentices
- Attend trade events with the marketing team to promote the company
- Support and guide applicants in creating CVs and carrying out pre-employment tasks
- Maintain systems and trackers to ensure real-time information is maintained
- Complete daily, weekly, monthly vacancy progress reporting for the Business Development Manager and IAG Officers
- Conduct survey completion and evaluations
- Following ATL’s quality assurance procedure for all onboarding apprentices
- Conduct onboarding and enrolment appointments with apprentices
- Reception duties whilst providing excellent customer service
- Transferring calls to relevant departments and taking messages
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Providing admin assistance to the Business Development / IAG team
- Assisting clients with information, support and guidance
- Assisting staff members with day-to-day duties
- Adhere to all internal policies continuously to ensure safe and equal practice - alert management of any breaches to policies by following the alerting procedure
- Participate positively in all team meetings, providing feedback and suggestions in order to share good practice and exceed delivery expectations
- Undertake continuous professional development to keep up-to-date with trends and technology.

**Qualifications**
- GCSE or equivalent English (Grade A* - C (9 - 4)) desirable

Full day to day training will be provided.

**Job Type**: Apprenticeship

**Salary**: £5.28 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
