Quorn Foods are delighted to be recruiting a Business Unit Controller to our commercial team based in Leeds.

**The Role**

As Quorn Foods continues to grow within the UK Retail sector, we are now recruiting for a Business Unit Controller to drive our budgeted sales, spend and profit measures whilst supporting and developing our team of National Account Managers to deliver against their account specific objectives.

You will hold accountability for a variety of UK retailers - developing strategies for your account base that deliver against company & customers KPIs. Whilst holding trading responsibility for NSV budget, you will hold full P&L responsibility and be fully responsible for contributing to total business budgeted sales.

We will look to you to be a recognised champion & undisputed expert within the relevant customer channels, leading your team effectively to deliver against our purpose & ambition.

The position will be based from our Leeds office circa 2-3 days per week along with the opportunity to work flexibly/remotely when required.

**What experience you'll need to have**:

- Demonstrable all-round commercial business acumen, with a number of years background within FMCG Sales
- Background in a 'Controller' focused role with clear emphasis on previously managing a team
- Working knowledge of several Top 4 grocers, managing JBP's with an understanding of industry data
- Excellent negotiation, communication & presentation skills
- Background of working within an FMCG brand & chilled/frozen category would be an advantage
- A passion for healthy, sustainable products which are better for our consumers and the planet - you don’t have to be a vegetarian to work for Quorn
