**Workshop Controller - Leeds Skoda**
This is a fabulous opportunity to join a family run business in the AM top 100 and represent one of our fantastic manufacturer partners.
We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals who are passionate in providing world class customer service. This role comes with a very easily achievable **OTE of up to £36,000.**
We believe our working hours are class leading. You will work 5 days per week, an average of 42.5 hours per week covering Monday to Saturday with a day off in the week.
**About the Business**
Our business started over 60 years ago and has been in the same family ever since. From our very humble beginnings, we have grown to be in the top 100 car dealers in the country, with an ambition to be in the top 50 very soon. Across our 16 businesses we have a stable workforce of over 400 people, many of whom have been with us for years. We are always on the lookout for nice, genuine people who genuinely care about our customers and have a can do attitude.

**About you**
This is an exciting challenge for an experienced Workshop Controller with excellent management skills, your main focus will be supervise and prioritise the Technicians in a very busy workshop. You will be tasked with supervising a team of Technicians to make sure the work is done to high Brand standards whilst adhering to departmental budgets and timescales. It will be your job to make sure the vehicle goes through the workshop in a seamless manner, liaising with the Service Advisors to ensure the customer is kept fully up to date. It is a busy service department that will offer you the opportunity to utilise your skills and experience to help drive the department forward.
We would like you to have strong people management skills and be able to demonstrate that you can control a workshop of Technicians efficiently.
Quality Control experience would also be advantageous.
