We are looking for a BMD Support Admin Assistant to provide administrative support to Buying, Merchandising & International Partnerships to join our team

They will be responsible for Creating Styles and Purchase Orders for our Products, and supporting teams in our Ways of Working processes.

No experience necessary, as on the job training and coaching are provided. A positive attitude with an ability to initiate, build and maintain strong relationships are a must

To provide administrative support to the Buying, Merchandising & International Partnership Teams

**Responsible for**:
- Raising Styles and Purchase Orders

Amending Styles and Purchase Orders

Understanding daily /weekly tasks in line with BMD Ways of Working

Supporting BMD teams in business processes affecting Purchase Order Contracts

Understanding the impacts of inaccurate PO/Style Information and how to rectify

**Accountable for**:
- Managing time, escalating to Line Manager where unforeseen factors challenge this

Building and maintaining good relationships with BMD & Internal Team

Functional Knowledge
- Previous administration experience desirable
Leadership
- Not Leadership Role
Some coaching/on job training where necessary - dependent on experience

Problem Solving
- Ability to ensure BIMU (Buying in Margins) match Order Information provided, and where mismatches understand and communicate reasons for change where training has defined parameters

Able to understand differences in PO Type set ups following parameters trained and communicate back to teams effectively

Nature of Impact

Impacts of this role will be felt in relation to the accuracy and time spent on the tasks moving from the BMD teams to the central team allowing BMD to focus on Ways of Working and other Value-Added Activities

This role will also help shape the future of our BMD Continuous Improvement Plans
