**As our Corporate Manager,**you will proactively seek new clients, channels and revenue for the company and effectively convert lead opportunities in the corporate arena through the whole product range.

You will maximise business opportunities by using best practicesand strategically developing a Corporate presence across the UK.

**Your responsibilities as our Corporate Manager will include**:

- Taking a lead role in supporting the new business Team in structuring risk balanced, profitable and commercial deals in the Corporate and mid market arena
- Undertaking Client/Introducer meetings and acting as a reference point for enquiries received in terms of appetite, criteria and commerciality
- Hosting and participating in Deal Forums/Credit Committees
- Organising and providing ongoing training support across a range of products sold
- Building and maintaining new and existing relationships with introductory sources, particularly Professional Advisors, in mid market and Corporate space
- Building and maintaining a level of new enquiries; attending networking events and identifying and securing opportunities for new business and contacts, both individually and the Corporate Sales Team
- Assisting with coaching, training & mentoring to support Sales Director(s) in their performance management of the Sales Teams in pursuit of targets
- Supporting and liaising with the Corporate Sales Team, Sales Administrators and Sales Executives together with Risk and Operations functions around the UK
- Promoting and representing the Bibby brand and services; demonstrate you are an ambassador for Bibby Financial Services
- Consistently and accurately providing accurate information to the Sales Administrators toassist in the production and completion of weekly and monthly sales analysis and reports

**What we are looking for in our ideal Corporate Manager**:

- Management Training & ABFA qualifications
- Management Development, and appropriate financial services qualifications
- Experience working in the financial services environment
- Demonstration of positive results from different roles
- Industry experience across different roles and disciplines
- The ability to build relationships at all levels
