Lettings Co-ordinator (£20,000 to £22,500) depending on experience and qualifications. If you are looking for a career rather than a job this could be the position for you. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Co-Ordinator based at our office in Newington, Edinburgh.

The Property Letting Centre has been established for over twenty years and is looking for a positive individual to be part of our already successful team. The Property Letting Centre is a progressive company, embracing new technologies in order to offer our customers the best experience.

The role will involve.

Preparing marketing of our managed properties, creating advertising on-line, arranging shop front displays and arranging to let boards to be displayed.

Dealing with viewing enquiries arriving into the business. Arranging viewing appointments for our Viewing Assistants. The role will require carrying some out viewings so a full driving licence is required.

Speaking with our landlords in relation to their property coming to the market and discussing any works which may be required.

Dealing with clients who have expressed an interest in a property.

Creating tenancy documents and issuing with regulatory certificates to tenants electronically.

Registering utility and council tax accounts and dealing with gap period bills.

Providing references for our outgoing tenants.

Completing weekly management reports for the management team.

Full training will be provided and for the right person and there is the possibility of being placed on the CIH Level 3 Certificate in Letting and Managing Property programme. Conditions apply.
