Health Records Supervisor

An opportunity has arisen for the post of Health Records Supervisor to join the Medical records team and work on our Basingstoke site. Previous experience of Medical Records is desirable as this role will involve supervision of grade 2 & 3 staff.

A good level of IT knowledge and internal IT systems will be required. You will need the ability to work independently as well as within a team and be able to work with the various professional groups involved. This is time of significant change and transformation of the Department as we embark on our journey to move towards digital patient records, so robust leadership skills and the ability to support staff through the change will be essential.

Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (HHFT) provides hospital services to around 570,000 people living in Hampshire and parts of West Berkshire, and specialist services to patients from all over the country. We deliver a full range of district hospital services in a variety of locations.
