**About the Trust**

South Tees is the largest hospital Trust in the Tees Valley with two acute hospitals and services in several community hospitals. It is easily accessible via car and public transport. There is an onsite staff restaurant and a coffee shop. There are variousshops which include M&S and WHSmith.

**What you'll be responsible for**:

- Monitor the Patient Experience inbox for action and escalation as appropriate to senior staff in the Patient Experience Team
- Inputting and maintaining accurate data spread sheets / data entry as required
- Assist in the development and implementation of administrative systems to support the Patient Experience Team
- Inputting data to the Meridian System in relation to patient experience surveys
- Assist in the collection and collation of patient experience information as required by the Patient Experience Team
- Logging 'compliments' on the Trust internal feedback system

**You'll learn the following whilst working at the trust**:
- An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
- Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
- A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation
**You'll have the following skills/experience**:

- Excellent communication skills
- both verbal and written
- Microsoft office skills
- Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Previous admin experience
- NHS System Knowledge
- E-Camis and Evolve (desirable)
