**Job Title: Sales Coordinator**
**Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience**
**Location: Welwyn Garden City (office-based)**
**Contract: Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours per week)**
**Working Hours: Flexi-working available between the hours of 8am - 6pm plus early finish on Fridays**
- A fantastic, new opportunity has become available for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join a small yet successful organisation based in Welwyn Garden City. You will be working closely with a team of dedicated Account Managers to provide all round supportfrom order processing to product sourcing in order to drive sales collaboratively as a team._

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage order books and highlight issues to the relevant account manager to be resolved
- Process quotations and customer orders on the system
- Handle incoming calls and direct to the correct department
- Meet and greet customers and suppliers
- Send out customer order books
- Handle customer enquiries
- Identify and source technical products from international suppliers
- Work closely with the Account Managers to manage the sales process and provide cover when required

**Skills/Experience Required**:

- Experience within a sales coordinating or sales administration role
- Excellent customer service and order processing skills
- Experience within the manufacturing/technical sector would be highly beneficial
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables and vlookups) is essential
- A confident communicator with a collaborative approach
