**Process Improvement Senior Associate, Operations Innovation and Improvement, Chase UK**

In your role as Process Improvement Senior Associate, you will be responsible for reviewing, analysing, and improving business processes and systems based on Customer value. Working with a framework of established Change Control policies and procedures, you'll partner with Product Owners and Operations to run improvement projects. You will work in an environment that offers a wide degree of creativity and latitude with the expectation of high performance and business benefit realisation.

**Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop Use Cases and define requirements
- Analyse current state using data and processes to establish areas for improvement
- Propose solutions to resolve current process breaks and identify areas of opportunity for improvement
- Deliver improvement projects on time, to budget and quality
- Produce compelling Business Cases for approval at Senior Stakeholder level
- Role model Lean thinking and behaviours, acting as the Lean SME within the Team

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Considerable experience in a continual improvement role
- Accelerated skills in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to deliver projects in an Agile environment
- Strong analytical and time management skills. including a thorough understanding of how to interpret current state and translate into actionable insights and improvements

**Desired qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Competent in using Jira and Confluence
- Experience of working in Financial Services
- Qualified at Six Sigma green belt or above
