**Cleaning Supervisor**

Van Hage, Great Amwell Garden Centre

Part-time or full-time, permanent positions available, will include working weekends

We are seeking a friendly and motivated individual to join our team as a Cleaning Supervisor. The position is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for maintaining high levels of standards across all customer areas including customer facilities. Cleaning experience, at Supervisory level, would be useful but not essential.

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you would be responsible for supervising and leading your team in pulling all of this vital activity together so that our customers have a truly unique and memorable shopping experience:

- Servicing and cleaning toilet areas including toilets, sinks, floors and replenishing customer supplies including toilet rolls and soap.
- Cleaning shared areas, including all furniture and floors
- Maintaining stocks of cleaning materials, ordering from suppliers and ensuring the cleaning cupboard is kept tidy and well stocked at all times
- Clearing and removing rubbish from customer and staff areas
- Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures and COSSH regulations
- Reporting to the Duty Manager and assisting with any problems that cannot be rectified
- Undertaking any other reasonable duties

You should be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team, have a flexible approach and high level of attention to detail.
