**Recoveries Administrator - Warrington - Hybrid Working (Home and Office)**

At Go Car Credit we are specialists in helping people secure finance who may have been declined by other lenders. We want to help our customers get back on the road to better credit. The primary focus is ethical and responsible lending and treating customers fairly, which forms our core values.

**The Role**:

Our Administrator will specialise in recoveries work, support the mitigation and recovery of losses, and be responsible for providing industry-leading results for vehicle returns and managing the recoveries process for accounts that close either positively or otherwise.

**Day to day**:

- Effectively handle inbound and outbound calls from third party collection agents and insurance companies
- Display the highest level of verbal and written communication to customers suppliers and third parties
- Handle distressed collections accounts sensitively and confidently
- Use the HPI react system and monitor
- Correctly record vehicle returns both at instruction and delivery
- Create and use MI to ensure effective recording of data
- Deal with IPQ issues
- Manage IVA cases
- Process tracing on customers who have “gone away”
- Assisting Recoveries, Finance and The World of Cars with stock control and processing returns and finance closures

- Confident, self-motivated and enthusiastic team player
- Calm under pressure, patient and polite
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Computer literate to include MS Office
- Experience in debt/credit collections, vehicle recovery/logistics or customer service would be ideal
